We opened in November of 2001 and our purpose was to provide great music in a safe and welcoming environment. Before we opened, only Brunswick Cellars (our first cousin), gave a platform for proper music, live and recorded. That is until Firewater came along!

We opened as a bar and have since morphed into a bar/club open until three in the morning seven days a week.
